Sales figuresThe product is sold while stock lasts,otherwise, we will arrange the back-order. If the product you ordered was out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
PaymentTT in advance、Paypal payment are available. COD is available only in Japan.
Order expiration datewithin 5 days.
Please make the payment within 5 days after the order was made. Your order will be cancelled if we couldn’t confirm the payment within 5days.
Delivery feeTo almost of Japan, it is a free of charge if you will order over 5000JPY, if not, we will charge delivery fee on each products. However, regardless of the purchase price, there will be a 1,500JPY surcharge for deliveries to Okinawa, Hokkaido and  remote islands due to its air shipping cost.
To abroad, please  confirm us its cost.
Delivery timeIn Japan, products will be dispatched within 1~2 working days after the Payment was made(as for COD, after order was made). However, customized products will be delivered  within 10 working days after the Payment was made. To abroad, please confirm us its time.
Warranty and Return Policy

All the warranty and return policy are on the basis of the contract.
If delivered item(s) was different from your order, or broken or stained, we will accept your return or replacement and a full refund. Some items are not allowed to be returned or replaced. Please follow and the instruction below.

*Should let us know within 15 days when you have receive the products.
*If it is against the return statement on our contract or not mentioned, it is not allowed to be returned or replaced.
*If package is opened, it is not allowed to be returned or replaced.
*You can return or request replacement if you agree to pay the postage and service fees from abroad.

Oversea shipping cost of returned productsThe customer is responsible for the shipping cost if the product was returned, according to the customer’s convenience. However, in case item exchange occurs due to defective product or incorrect delivery, our company will cover the cost.
